I have over 36 years of care experience and have held a variety of positions in my career and have gained many qualifications along the way. I have worked for Novus Care for over 8 years and I am now their Compliance Manager, using my knowledge and skills to work with the Registered Managers of all our branches to ensure we meet all CQC requirements and to ensure we are providing a high quality of care and service to all our clients. This is important to me as our ethos at Novus Care is, to ensure we care for others, in a way we would our own family. I am proud to work for a company that supports the growth and development of its staff and have been happy to see the progression of many people’s careers whilst working at Novus Care, including my own. Family is extremely important to me along with my love of animals.

I have worked in care for many years, being at Novus Care for the last 3, working my way up from part time carer to Registered Manager and now on to Operations Manager. I had previously worked in construction but fell into care and, in doing so, found my calling. I’ve held varied roles which have helped me become the manager I am today, with experience in working with multi-faceted teams, managing across different regions and working with health professionals across many boroughs. I am passionate about the care delivered to our service users. In my spare time I love spending time with my children and family.
