I highly recommend this lovely care home and I am very pleased that I made the right decision in choosing Oakview for my mom. It is very clean and always smells fresh . All members of staff from front of house and throughout the home are friendly and pleasant. They are very assisting with any concerns or questions, especially the carers and nurses who work on Ash unit. They will go the extra mile to make sure my mom is given the best care possible.

There are a few very special people working at the home, whilst all staff are lovely a few stand out, Alisha and Kelvin are a ray of sunshine with their happy and bubbly personalities. But the home to us does not feel complete when Yvonne ,activities ,is not there, its like something is missing when she has days off. She brings the home together and is a very important part of this home.

I come to this care home many times as a taxi driver. I do not work here, but I regularly drop off staff members and visitors. Every time I come here, the staff are very kind, calm, respectful, and lovely to talk to. I always feel happy when I bring people here because the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I wanted to leave this review because good people deserve appreciation. This is my genuine and honest review from my own experience as a taxi driver visiting this place regularly.

Wonderful staff and management who really care about residents. My dad has been here over 2 years and I'm honestly blessed that he is being looked at here A1!
