Optima Staffing Solutions is a premier provider of staffing solutions to Care Providers and Organisations within the Health and Social Care Sector across the United Kingdom. We also provide exceptional home care services to service users in their own home. We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our domiciliary care services.

 

Optima Staffing Solutions is a premier provider of health and social care recruitment services including temporary, contract, locum, temp to perm and permanent positions. We supply Nurses (RMNs, RGNs, and RNLDs) and Health Care Assistants with varied experience (mental health, general medicine, nursing homes, rehabilitation workers) to health and social care providers in public and private/independent sectors. Optima also provides exceptional home care services to support service users in their own homes.

I am a registered mental health nurse with over 10 years experience working in various care settings including domiciliary care, learning disability, care and nursing homes, crisis teams and mental health liaison services and in private and NHS hospitals. I have a passion for care and nursing and believe that compassion and empathy should be at the centre of care provision. I started Optima Staffing Solutions Limited, a premier healthcare recruitment agency, in 2016 and ever since we have been supporting healthcare organisations in the public and private sectors to meet their temporary staffing needs. Over the years, some of our very experienced workers have been asking about being able to work as domiciliary carers and live-in carers. I am really pleased that we are now able to provide domiciliary care services to support service users in their own homes and give our experienced carers the opportunity to be able to make a difference in the lives of service users. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care.
