Optimum Care was registered with companies House in December 2018 and with CQC in May 2019.

We are a care provider with crops of experienced staff members who have been working within Health & Social Care  sector, delivering high quality care services at different local authorities, clinical commissioning groups and private clients for many years.

We are a new care provider, fresh, energetic and ready to do what we know how to do best, which is delivering high quality care and assist vulnerable adults to live independent lives in their own homes.

At Optimum Care (GL) Limited, we are responsive to the changing needs of our diverse Service Users and the changing needs within our local community. We are committed to delivering high quality Care services while leveraging on our professionalism.

We aim at Optimum Care (GL) Limited through our Safeguarding policy and procedure to provide services that is caring, effective, safe, responsive, and well led  to the adult at risk and not discriminate because of disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, culture, or lifestyle. We will always promote Service Users independence by allowing them to express their wishes and make their own decisions to the best of their ability.

We understand the importance of conducting business within a culture of openness, continuous learning and the management of safe practice whilst always involving its Service Users as partners in its care. We have a robust systems and processes in place that monitors and continuously improve the standard of care we provide for Service Users.

We recognise that we must assess, monitor and drive improvement in the quality and safety of the services provided, including the quality of the experience for people using the Service. The systems and processes must also assess, monitor and mitigate any risks relating the health, safety and welfare of people using our services and others. Optimum Care (GL) Limited we continually evaluate and seek to improve our governance and auditing practice.
