EMA Patient Transport transported a patient here from hospital using their care home transport service. The staff at the care home were truly superb throughout the process and thank you for the refreshments also! What lucky residents to reside in a stunning care home in a stunning location. EMA's Managing Director Sam Easy was back at this lovely care home to meet with client liaison manager Robyn Sheppard and Helen Genet. He showed them and some lovely residents around the EMA private ambulance and discussed EMA's care & nursing home transport services and how it will enhance Chertsey Parklands Manor's all ready 5 star services. Followed up by a tour of this outstanding home and facilities, and superb refreshments!

I was looking the perfect place for my mother for respite after a hospital stay. Chertsey Parklands is the most stunning home I have ever seen, the interior design reminded me of The Savoy. As soon as you enter you are greeted by wonderful staff and a feeling of comfort and warmth. My mother did not want to leave and told me daily of all the fabulous food and fun activities. She raved about the nurses and carers, everyone really from the manager to the residents. Thank you all for providing my mother with a great experience. Very reassuring to know Chertsey Parklands is there should we need you in the future.

Mum went into Parklands for 2 weeks respite. What a lovely home, all the staff were open and friendly, mum had constant company, the food was lovely, more like a 5 star hotel. She had so many lovely experiences, nails painted, reiki session, visit from a baby owl and chair keep fit. Thank you for the peace of mind.

I have been visiting a friend at this care home for about four years now. He chose this home out of many available in the area after he had a stroke. It is so evident to me why. Residents and guests alike are treated with the same respect and attention, nothing seems too much trouble. The whole team at Parklands work together to provide a first class environment for the residents to flourish. Cleanliness, food, activities and care cannot be faulted. It is a pleasure going to visit my friend.
