Pro Care provided absolutely excellent care for my husband during the last three months of his life and I could not have managed without them. They treated him with the utmost kindness and respect and enabled him to retain a sense of dignity - I could not be more grateful. Every carer who came into our home was very skilled and quickly became a welcome part of our lives. We were lucky to have a small team who visited regularly and they became very important to both of us. To say I missed them after my husband passed away would be an understatement. I was also extremely grateful to the team in the office who were also so caring and always ready to help and reassure. I could not recommend and praise everyone at Pro Care highly enough

The care & professionalism provided by Procare was exceptional. They were taking care of my Mother for the last 4 years of her life and right through her end of life care. This was the first time I had seen what real care was all about. Our first experience with another care company was barely adequate, but we thought this was as good as it gets. When we joined Procare, we were amazed by how different it really could be. The management and staff were even at her funeral. That meant a lot to the family.

Procare looked after my Mum for the last 2 years of her life. They were always kind and patient and treated her with respect and good humour. Towards the end when she needed palliative care they worked to access the equipment needed to allow her to stay in her own home, which was what she always wanted. There was always good communication with the office about any concerns. We could not have wished for better carers and would highly recommend them

Pro care was an outstanding care centre. My mum was in last life support and the carer lived in with my mum and dad for a few days . She was so warm and supportive and totally calm at a very difficult time for us all. She took care of all my mother’s needs and was willing to support my father as well by doing housework to allow him to rest and care as her husband. My mother warmed to Mo straight away and was taking care of her right to the end. A wonderful company, good organization, efficient but very respectful.
