Rider House Nursing Home is nestled between woodland and the banks of the River Trent, and enjoys far-reaching views of an everchanging landscape and its wildlife. The home has excellent transport links, and is within easy reach of Burton-on-Trent and its many amenities. Moreover, there are plenty of activities provided at Rider House, as well as lots going on in the local community. Residents are encouraged to take part in a variety of pastimes, including crafts, choir, music and movement, and reminiscence sessions. We are particularly proud of our choir; our residents love to sing.
Our home also hosts themed events, afternoon teas and parties, and are always looking for new ways to engage and enrich residents. Additionally, Rider House provides short and long-term care, respite and the management of chronic conditions and palliative care. We understand that choosing a care home is a big decision.
