Right at Home is a national homecare provider with 34% of our branches rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. This is something that we’re incredibly proud of and are able to offer a real alternative to residential care.

We provide support with personal care, companionship and emotional support, along with support for more specialist care needs. Our services are highly personalised yet flexible to meet the need, choices and outcomes of the people we support. At Right at Home Bedford, we can support on a short term or long term basis, with anything from 1 hour up to 24 hours, seven days a week.

We actively seek out Caregivers with ‘life experience’ and are selected based on their passion for care before training them in-house on our industry leading training programme.

If you or a loved one are looking for support please do get in touch with our approachable and empathetic team. It can be overwhelming when someone close to us needs care, but we are here to help in any way we can and would love to hear from you.

Covid-19 Information

We use government guideline Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your loved ones are as comfortable and safe as possible. We are there to care so family members can continue to self-isolate to further minimise the chances of spreading infection.

All of our CareGivers are vaccinated as per government guidelines and receive robust training in infection prevention, handwashing and the safe use and removal of required PPE. Our CareGivers will also clean any surfaces that they have touched during the visit.

Our national office is in close contact with Public Health England, Department of Health and Social Care and the UK Homecare Association and we stay fully informed of any changes in relation to Coronavirus protocols.
