I have been with Right at Home a while now. Everyone has been lovely and willing to go the extra mile to support me so I can remain as independent as I can. I enjoy the care team visiting and look forward to my visits. I would recommend this company to others.

Amy & Ellis from R at H came to Rainbow club on Mon 1/6/26 to give a presentation on falls prevention & independent living at home. Our members were very interested & engaged, helped enormously by Amy & Ellis's friendly personalities & their ability to connect with everyone. We look forward to welcoming them back in July

Volunteers from Right at Home came to Applegate House on Wednesday 6th May to involve our homeowners in a Bingo session. This was very well received and it made a nice change for our usual caller to join in who ended up winning a prize! The volunteers were enthusiastic and made sure everyone was included. It was a really enjoyable hour spent playing a few games of Bingo.

Well what can i say? This company (office staff) are totally unorganised, sending out rotas to their clients with times of visits and allocated carer. Then at the last minute altering time, like putting visit back an hour and not even bothering to inform client or/and sending in a completely different carer! My social worker had informed them from the start that i required like a core team of carers to get to know and work with, hence this never materialised, they kept sending in loads of different ones! Was promised too by office that i'd receive one paticular carer on certain days of the week but hence again this never materialised! I battle complex mental health issues, now after this sham experience, i am left feeling even more mentally deflated than before!!
