Sandhills Court Care Home is a purpose-built facility located in the heart of the town centre. The home is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and offers attractively decorated rooms for residents.
Sandhills Court Care Home provides a range of residential care options, including respite and short stays, day care, early stage dementia care, recovery post-operation or after illness, and palliative care. Please note that we do not provide nursing care, advanced dementia care, or care for individuals with Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, physical or learning disabilities. At Sandhills Court, we maintain the highest standards of care and hygiene. All rooms are cleaned daily, and we have an on-site laundry where all residents’ clothes are washed and ironed.
Our team of well-trained care assistants is available around the clock to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents. Each person has a unique care plan and a named carer to cater to their specific needs. We understand that engaging activities and stimulating interactions are crucial for the well-being of our residents. Our home features a resident coffee shop, a beautician salon, foot and hand massage services, an on-site cinema room, karaoke sessions, and spritzer afternoons. These activities not only keep residents entertained but also provide excellent opportunities for social interaction and family visits.
At Sandhills Court, we ensure all residents enjoy delicious meals and laundry services as part of their stay. Additionally, we offer services like GP visits, nutritionist advice, opticians, flat screen TVs, dentists, and Wi-Fi at no extra cost. Optional extras include chiropody and access to our hairdressing salon.
