The service and care from Serve Homecare has been excellent. From the first phone call(response time from leaving a message was seconds). The understanding of needs and communication fantastic. The carers have gone above and beyond their duty of care to help in some difficult situations. Staff in the office and out of hours have always had time and been helpful and thoughtful in their responses. I can not recommend Serve Homecare highly enough.

We have been using Serve Homecare for almost 3 years and the care they show to our relative is very attentive. Nothing is ever too much for the team and they also keep us informed of any changes they note in Mum. Highly recommend their services.

We have worked with Serve Homecare since 2021 and are pleased with the care they provide. With a care plan is in place, the individual carers are familiar with Mum’s needs and take time to interact with her. Serve Homecare has shown flexibility in adapting and revising care plans as Mum’s requirements change. The carers coordinate Mum's attendance at her social club by supporting her morning routine and ensuring she is ready for the scheduled volunteer transport. Care notes were initially updated every two weeks but are now issued weekly which is a great improvement. Matters requiring urgent attention are always communicated by phone.

Serve Homecare have been looking after my gran for just over 2 years now, and honestly, they’ve been brilliant. The carers are always friendly, reliable, and genuinely care about what they do. They’ve built a lovely relationship with our family and always go the extra mile to make sure everything’s spot on. It’s been a massive weight off our shoulders knowing she’s in safe hands. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for proper care and support.

I’ve been really happy with Serve Homecare. From the initial assessment carried out by a team leader to the ongoing customer service, everything has been excellent. My mum has been very happy with the care provided — the carers always go above and beyond. Whenever I have an enquiry, the office team are always on hand and quick to help. I would highly recommend Serve Homecare to anyone looking for a reliable and caring provider.
