Silverpoint Court Residential Care Centre provides 24-hour residential support for elderly people, including respite, weekend and day care.

The Home’s wonderful location offers stunning views of the Thames estuary and nearby marina.

Silverpoint Court has 33 en suite single bedrooms, a pleasant dining room, two large lounges, a conservatory and a large secure garden, where residents can enjoy the outdoors.

The Home’s first priority is that individuals are able to lead a fulfilled and happy life; residents are encouraged to continue their hobbies and interests, and can enjoy trips and days out to places of interest, such as the theatre, local museums and nearby Bell Wharf Beach.

One of the first care providers to champion the importance of nutrition for the elderly and those with dementia, Nellsar employ a Nutrition and Wellness Manager for their Homes. Silverpoint Court acknowledges that nutrition and hydration are an integral part of good health and well-being and delivers well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks to residents every day. All residents are offered a choice of food, to ensure all types of preferences and diets are catered for.

Care at Silverpoint Court is provided by a highly-skilled team of care staff who recognise the importance of keeping up to date with their professional development.

They use bespoke dementia care technology ‘interactiveMe’ as a way of personalising their residents’ care, and as a tool for connecting individuals with their family and care staff around them. This personalised-online profile offers a wonderful tool for reminiscence too.
