With more than 26 years of experience in the care sector, Satinder brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and leadership to her role as Home Manager at St David’s Care Home. Satinder joined Gold Care Homes in March 2023 as a Peripatetic Manager, supporting homes through periods of transition and improvement before joining St David’s Care Home. Having built strong relationships with local stakeholders and led positive improvements within the home, she proudly accepted the position of Registered Manager and has now been leading St David’s since August 2025. A Registered Adult Nurse with an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Satinder combines strong clinical expertise with a warm, people-centred approach. She is passionate about creating a safe, happy and supportive environment for both residents and team members, always leading with empathy and understanding. Care has always been close to Satinder’s heart, having grown up in a healthcare-focused family, inspired by her grandfather who was a doctor. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends. Satinder is committed to ensuring every resident at St David’s Care Home feels valued, supported and truly at home.
