Our dad is happy and content and says how lovely the staff are. We really appreciate all that the staff do to make it comfortable to all residents and visitors. Thank you so much.

We moved my mother out of there. The food was disgusting. The staff was mostly agency. We had to tell staff to shower her. Best part about it was the entertainment for residence. I certainly would not recommend putting loved ones there.

The staff are friendly and caring. St Giles feels like a home from home and it would be a place I would consider for my mom and I have recommended it to a few of my colleagues who were looking for a care home. It makes a change to see a well run care home after the horror stories you read about in the press.

What a wonderful care home which provides excellent care for its service users. The home is currently going through a renovation which will bring the environment up to compliment the care that is currently being provided. The staff are very approachable and strive to meet the needs of all service users and their relatives and friends who come to visit.
