Summer Fields Care Home is a gorgeous, refurbished period property nestled in well-kept grounds. Our staff members are passionate and dedicated, offering nurture to people living with elderly mental health conditions including Dementia.

Our home occupies a particularly tranquil setting in the quiet, but well-established residential area. Based in Rock Ferry near Birkenhead in the Wirral. The grounds include a sun deck, lawned garden and wildlife borders, which can be enjoyed throughout the changing seasons. Moreover, our accommodation is warm, bright and friendly with plenty of home comforts.

We are one happy family. Additionally, there are daily activities planned at Summer Fields, and plenty happening in the local community. Residents are encouraged to engage with a wide variety of pastimes, as well as themed events, visiting entertainers and special occasions. The home’s aim is simple; to provide a warm, happy and secure environment, within which the privacy and independence of our residents is respected.
