Support at Home offers high-quality, person-centred care to children and adults living in their own homes or in other care settings. Support at Home supports people with a wide range of social and care needs, including complex physical and mental health needs.

Support at Home specialises in complex care, including cases where other providers have been unable to deliver the required level of support. The service is supported by registered nurses, ensuring safe, clinically informed care for individuals with higher and more complex needs.

Services range from practical social support such as shopping and help with attending appointments, through to companionship, domestic duties, personal care, medication support, continence care, escorting for errands, respite care, respite care, and a 24/7 live-in care service. Support at Home also provides a highly competitive live-in care service, with significant discounts available for couple care. Support at Home is proud to offer some of the most competitive rates in the area without compromising on quality. As a family-run, award-winning provider and not a franchise, Support at Home does not have the added costs of franchise fees. This allows Support at Home to offer lower care costs than many other providers in the area while delivering a higher level of service. Support at Home employs over 130 carers, all paid at or above the Real Living Wage. This helps maintain a strong, reliable workforce, with some carers having been with Support at Home since 2011, reflecting the stability and quality of the service provided. Support at Home was established in 2011 and now operates across Liverpool, Halton and Warrington, supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity and choice.

You are not only a support group but a rescue team as well! Twice you have stepped in in emergencies when support we had in place has not been available, and your flexibility now we are using you permanently, and in the future will need more care, is a unique aspect of your organisation. The effort you make to tailor a package to suit our needs is second to none. Thank you and the lovely carers who give us such support and security. Helen Robinson, Arthur's wife.

My late mum was with Support at Home for the last 2 years of her life after having terrible care from Premier for too many years. SAH were a breath of fresh air. From the wonderful team in the office to the caring team that came out to care for my mum. I could name every single one of the team who shown professionalism, care and even love towards my mum, the team are wonderful. Even in the last few weeks of my mums life and she wasn't very pleasant to them, they still shown that commitment and promise to her and to my family. On the evening of Mum's death I was with 2 of the carers and even though both carers were both quite young, they shown so much maturity and gave me so much support, I will remember this kindness for a long time. If anyone has any questions or concerns before using this care company, have a chat with the team in the office, speak to the carers and look at the reviews on here.
