A qualified Registered Nurse, he has progressed through a variety of roles including Clinical Lead before taking on his current leadership position. Dumitru is dedicated to placing residents at the heart of everything he does. He considers it a privilege to support individuals and their loved ones and he is proud to lead a team that shares his passion for exceptional care. His approachable nature and open-door policy help to foster strong relationships with both residents and staff, creating a warm and supportive home environment. Outside of work, Dumitru enjoys playing chess and spending time sea fishing.
