Perri Griffin is the owner of Two Hearts Support Services, bringing many years of experience running a high-quality care service. With a strong background in the NHS, Perri has worked extensively with vulnerable and medically compromised individuals, developing a deep understanding of complex care needs and person-centred support.
She has a particular passion for Dementia Care supported by a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience. Perri is known for her compassionate, caring, and supportive approach, not only towards clients but also their families, ensuring they feel listened to, reassured, and involved every step of the way.
As a qualified Cognitive Stimulation Facilitator, Perri delivers high quality one to one in peoples homes and group sessions within care homes, designed to enhance wellbeing, engagement, and quality of life. Her commitment to meaningful, dignified care underpins everything she does, making Two Hearts Support Services a trusted and valued support for those it serves.
