I have been in care for 20+ years and can honestly say that Walfinch is without a doubt the best company I have worked for. I have been there for almost a year and have had zero issues. Management are always on hand if anything arises, I actually get regular supervision and training and my clients arr delightful. They are also amazingly understanding to the fact I have a neurodivergent son and have been utterly supportive and as a mother it is so important for a workplace to understand the issues that can arise from this and Walfinch do. I personally feel thay with Walfinch they not only look after their clients, but also their carers, which i feel is so important when working in care. We are given recognition for the work we do and i feel that i am valued and appreciated. Couldn't work for a better company.
