Created in association with West Sussex County Council, this free, useful guide aims to provide those seeking care and support with important information at their time of need.
In it you will find:
- Information on paying for care and future planning for retirement
- Information on the types of service provided by the council
- Local useful contacts
- Details of care homes, nursing homes and home care in Crawley, Chichester, Worthing, Horsham and other areas of West Sussex
- Advice on staying independent at home
- Support for carers
Read online or order a free printed copy.
