The workmen AM sent to install the new bathroom were first rate: they arrived on time, did the work to a high standard and cleaned up thoroughly once the installation was complete. We are very happy with the new bathroom, and would have awarded 5 stars if the design had included eg a lock on the new door, a toilet roll holder, hooks on doors and shelving in the main part of the bathroom. These issues were eventually resolved, and the wheelchair user in the family is thrilled to have access once again to the improved bathroom.

We decided, due to the deterioration of my husband's mobility, that it would be sensible to replace our redundant bath, with an accessible walk in shower. We chose Absolute Mobility, from 3 companies, to design and completely change the layout of the bathroom. Darren (and I) came up with the new layout, I chose the tiles and vanity unit, and work was scheduled for 6 weeks later. The whole room was gutted, pipework and electrics rearranged, and a beautiful shower room has been created, that we both really love. The workmanship of our fitters was excellent. Callum, Charlie and Trevor, worked well as a team, and worked hard, always cleaned up each day and were a pleasure to have in our home. We decided on brickwork style tiling (rather than the acrylic panels), which was done beautifully. We 'absolutely' love our new shower room and with the grab rails (and seats to come) it will be the perfect solution to my husband's needs. Customer service was excellent too. Emily dealt with our queries and requests efficiently. Thank you very much to Darren and your team, we are delighted with our new shower room, and would definitely recommend AM.

After a couple of delays our bath tub was expertly installed by Martin who went the extra mile, was very tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. He even noticed an omission in the survey design and put it right. We cannot recommend Martin more highly.
