I had my Q300m serviced today, which went without a hitch, however just after the chap had left I thought I had a problem with the seat options. I phoned their service department who said they would phone him, and then phone me back k after they had spoken to him. Barely 2 minutes later, he rang me to see what the problem was, and it turned out to be something I was doing wrong. As you can imagine I felt a bit of a chump, but the chap was quite nice about it and not at all put out Thankyou Chris.

I took my mum in to have a look at mobility scooters as she's struggling with walking. Amy was absolutely brilliant with my mum. She didn't pressure us with anything and was extremely helpful with explaining everything to my mum. My mum actually bought a scooter there and then which is unheard of as she likes to take weeks to decide anything. Amy is a credit to your company.
