At County Care Berkshire, we pride ourselves on supplying high quality, person-centred care at home. 

Our range of services are delivered by a well- trained and reliable care team with a focus on good communication.

Since 2011 County Care Berkshire has supported adults and children at home. We take pride in the care we offer and work closely with families, local health professionals such as your GP and community nursing team and social care. We provide flexible care packages which are reviewed on a regular basis ranging from 45 minutes a day to 24 hour live in care.

The services we offer include personal care, medication administration, companionship, complex health care (such as bowel management and stoma care, catheter care, peg feeding, ventilation, oxygen and epilepsy care) hospital to home support, respite care, and live in care.
