Awful care home, couldn't be bothered to look after my mother in law, shipped her off to hospital and told everyone other than us including OT that they were not willing to take her back, when we asked why this was the case and why we were still being charged, we were told because her possessions are still in the room, emptied it a day later to stop charges. Very poor. Fingers crossed for the rest of the residents, safeguarding report submitted by OT due the 'care' she recieved prior to being kicked out effectively

We would recommend Derby Heights who have looked after Mum very well, they dealt with her with respect and dignity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots for the residents to do should they wish to join. Coffee and cake always available. Thank-you to all the staff, so reassuring to know Mum is safe and cared for.
