Tyspane Care Home is located close to the village of Braunton, close to the glorious beaches and rugged countryside of Exmoor.
It is a modern, purpose-built home that provides residential and nursing care for older people. It also provides care for younger adults with multiple sclerosis or physical disabilities.

There is a conservatory to relax in as well as a wealth of facilities for residents to make use of including: activity room, TV lounge and quiet lounge. Private dining is available and residents also have access to kitchen facilities. Relatives are more than welcome to dine with residents.
Rooms at the home are en-suite with television and phone point. They are equipped with a nurse call system. Visitors can also stay overnight.
In addition to the well appointed and comfortable surroundings, there is a full and varied activities programme for residents enjoyment.
