Victory Care Home is a single storey, purpose built care home in Rochester.

The home provides residential care for the elderly as well as specialist dementia care services and care for those with physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

At Victory Care Home we provide affordable high-quality residential care. Specifically for older people with dementia, sensory and physical impairment, including end-of-life and palliative care.

Moreover, we have a wealth of specialist experience of caring for people with mixed dementia, vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia with Lewy bodies.

As our residents’ needs change, so do the level and type of care they receive from us. At Victory, our aim is to make every resident feel like it’s their home.

The home has been refurbished to support a flexible lifestyle. With residents encouraged to pursue personal interests. As well as having access to numerous activities, pleasant surroundings and home-cooked meals.
