Wilmington Manor provides a peaceful place for residents to receive residential and nursing care in a safe and homely environment.

People requiring respite, convalescence and palliative care are also welcomed into the home.

Wilmington Manor Care Home was converted and extended from a manor house, residents keen on gardening are encouraged to participate, whether lightly or regularly depending on how they please.

The home has two lounges to choose from at the home, as well as the dining room, and if they prefer residents are free to dine in the comfort of their own room. Seasonal menus are created by the home’s chef who understands the needs and tastes of each individual.

Bingo, quizzes, reminiscence sessions and arts and crafts are among the many activities that residents can choose from, and local entertainers often visit at least once monthly.
